An ‘escrow'-based payment solution which transmits funds securely between Buyer and Seller. MOL SafePay will
temporarily hold payment for the item until the Buyer confirms the item has been delivered. Once that is done,
the payment is released to the Seller, crediting his/her MOL Freedom MasterCard. Learn more about MOL SafePay.
 
 
Packages are tracked and verified
when delivered.
   
Seller isn't paid until Buyer accepts the
item or the inspection period expires.
   
1. Once the listing has ended (either through
auction or Buy It Now), request for your
Seller's MOL Member user name or
email address.
   
2. Login to the MOL SafePay site with your
MOL Member account.
   
3. If a transaction has not been created yet,
create one and wait for the Seller to agree
to the terms.
   
4. Pay for your item through MOL Freedom,
Maybank2U or cheque. Payment through cheque is only for items above RM 1,000.
   
5. Wait for your item to receive, and
approve the payment.
 
 
 
 
Send your item only after MOL SafePay verifies the funds.
   
Confirmation when Buyer receives item.
   
1. Once you've received a confirmation
email from eBay on the sale of your item,
send the Buyer your MOL Member
account user name or email address.
   
2. Login to the MOL SafePay site with your
MOL Member account.
   
3. Create a transaction and wait for your
Buyer to agree to the terms.
   
4. Wait for an email from MOL SafePay
confirming receipt of payment, and send
your item out.
   
5.
 Your MOL Freedom card will be credited once the Buyer confirms and approves the payment.
 
 
  For Buyers and Sellers:
Sign up for a MOL Member account now! This will allow you to pay or get paid through MOL SafePay.
   
Apart from getting a MOL Member account, you'll also need to sign up for a MOL Freedom card.
