The promoter of this Promotion is eBay International AG of Helvetiastrasse 15-17, CH-3005 Bern, Switzerland.
This Promotion commences at 00:00:01 (Malaysia Standard Time ("MYT") on 15 June 2010 and ends at 23:59:59 (PST) on 31 July 2010 ("Promotion Period").
To be eligible for the Promotion, you must, throughout the Promotion Period:
be registered on any eBay website with a valid registration address located in Malaysia;
have a registered PayPal Business Account with a valid registration address located in Malaysia. Your PayPal account must be linked to your eBay account; and
ensure that your eBay account and PayPal Business Account remains in good standing. In order for your PayPal Business Account to be deemed to be in good standing as that term is used herein, it must not have a hold status and/or be suspended or past due as of the date the rebate is paid into the same, pursuant to this Promotion.
You will be entitled to a full rebate of your PayPal transaction fees (excluding any fees related to currency conversions) for all successful listings (i.e. listings that end with a sale) listed on www.eBay.com.my , subject to the following:
payment for such successful listings must have been made via PayPal;
the maximum total sum of the rebate that you will receive per PayPal Business Account is USD$100;
the relevant transaction must be completed within the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that payment through PayPal must have been made during the Promotion Period; and
i f the payment is refunded or cancelled at any time, the transaction fees in respect of such payment will not be eligible for the Promotion. If the payment is reversed, disputed or refunded after PayPal credits the relevant transaction fees, the rebate will be deducted from your PayPal Business Account.
The rebate will be paid into the your qualifying PayPal Business Account within sixty (60) days from the end of the Promotion Period, or such other time as may be informed to you from time to time.
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
You acknowledge the nature and limitations of the internet and agree that eBay will not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to this Promotion.
eBay shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any user resulting directly or indirectly from entry to this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit eBay's liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time. This includes, without limitation, the ability to substitute any reward of equivalent value, change the specification of the reward if circumstances require it or change the entry methods.
In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this Promotion, the decision of eBay shall be final.
These terms and conditions will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all aspects in accordance the laws of Malaysia and all participants hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
