Selling on eBay is a great way to make money - and have fun doing it!

To get started, click the Sell button at the top of any eBay page, and then on the next page, click the Start selling button. We'll guide you through the process of listing your item step-by-step, including helping you find appropriate categories for your item. Selecting the right category makes it easy for buyers to find your item.

Before you sell on eBay you must:

• Be a registered member and

• Become a seller.

Before you list an item:

• Look for similar items that have recently sold on eBay. Reviewing these search results will give you an idea of your item’s potential value and the best category for your listing.

Tips:

• To list an item for sale on eBay, you can also click the Sell one like this link at the bottom of an item's page that's similar to the one you're selling. This takes you to the Create your listing form.

• Make sure to review your item’s information for accuracy. Do not copy the title, description, or photos from another seller’s item.
