Prohibited links include, but are not limited to:
Links to Web pages that offer to trade, sell or purchase goods or services outside of eBay. This applies whether it is a static URL or an active link
Links to Web sites or pages offering merchandise not permitted on eBay
Links to sites that solicit eBay User IDs, passwords or email addresses from buyers
Links or other connections to live chat systems

If you have an eBay Store, references to your Store newsletter and mailing list names are permitted, provided that your inclusion of the mailing list names does not constitute keyword spamming or violate any other eBay policy.
Why does eBay have this policy?
Links may allow members to provide more detailed information about their guide. This policy ensures that members do not link inappropriately, thereby creating a disadvantage to other members of the eBay community who link appropriately or who are listing via the eBay marketplace. Guides with inappropriate links undermine the trust and legitimacy of eBay’s marketplace.
