An item is obscene if its effect or (where the item comprises 2 or more distinct parts or items) the effect of any one of its parts or items, if taken as a whole, is such as to tend to deprave and corrupt persons who are likely, having regard to all relevant circumstances, to read, see or hear the matter contained or embodied in it.
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
Loss of PowerSeller status
What types of items are permitted on the site?
Profanity if it is the original part of the title or description of a DVD or CD.
Items that may be listed on the site:
Media
Movies with Part A or Part B licence issued by the National Film Censorship Board of Malaysia.
Video games rated EC, E, E10+, T and M with licence issued by the National Film Censorship Board of Malaysia.
DVD or CD duly affixed with original labels issued by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs of Malaysia.
Artwork
Nudity is permitted if it is part of an artwork that is considered fine art, such as certain paintings, carvings, figurines and other similar items. Examples include Michelangelo's David, some vintage pin-up art, Renaissance-style paintings, or nude cherubs.
In the photography categories and other art listings, full frontal nudity is strictly not permitted unless the item is "fine art" (done by a professional). Amateur photos are not permitted.
Collectables
Topless and suggestive images are strictly not permitted on vintage postcards, pin-up photos and animation.
In circumstances where nudity is permitted in the listing:
There must be no more than two photographic images of nudity in the listing.
There must be no images portraying graphic sexual activity or graphic portrayals of human genitalia.
Why does eBay have this policy?
eBay urges its sellers and buyers to comply with all governmental laws and regulations. Since such items are prohibited by law, regulated or may be offensive to eBay members, sellers have to comply with this policy.
