We want your eBay experience to be great, and that means making sure that you get the help you need, when you need it.
To quickly find the answers to your questions, click the “Help” link at the top of any eBay page. You'll come to the Help Centre, where you can search or browse the Help topics to find the information you need. You can bookmark, print and save the information you find.
If you still need help, click the “Contact Us” link on the left side of any Help page. This will take you to a special form where you can send an email to eBay’s Customer Support. Note: Depending on the nature of your question, it can take from 24 to 72 hours to receive an email response from Customer Support.
In some cases, the Live Help button appears on prominent eBay pages. You can click the Live Help button to connect to a special private chat room, where you can ask an eBay representative your question—live!
Note: If you use a pop-up blocker, you may want to allow pop-ups for the eBay site to ensure complete display of information and interactive eBay functionality including eBay’s Live Help.
