Listing Policies

It's important to understand eBay's listing policies when you are considering buying or bidding on an item. This helps make your buying experience safe and enjoyable.

Please keep in mind that our policies apply to both the auction-style and fixed price formats. Our guidelines are also outlined in the User Agreement.

Listings violating eBay's policies may result in disciplinary action taken on the seller. This action may include a formal warning, the ending of all violating listings, or even temporary or indefinite suspension of a member's account. eBay will consider the circumstances of an alleged offense and the member's trading records before taking action.
