Updating or correcting your credit card information on PayPal

In order to pay for items with PayPal, you must have a valid credit card linked to your PayPal account.

To add a credit card to your PayPal account:

  1. Log into your PayPal account.

  2. Click the My Account tab.

  3. Place your cursor over the "Profile" link until the menu appears.

  4. Select "Add or Edit Credit Card.”
