Go to the Forgot Your User ID page, and enter the email address you registered with eBay. eBay will send your User ID to that email.

If you do not receive this email from eBay, do the following:

• Check to see if your inbox is full. If it is full, delete some email so that you can receive new ones. After deleting email, ask eBay to resend your registration email.

• If you have a bulk mail or junk mail folder, check that folder for the email.

• Wait up to 24 hours. Since eBay doesn't control your email system, your email may not arrive instantly.

• If 24 hours have passed, and you still haven't received the User ID, contact us.
  

If you still cannot access your registered email address:

If your registered email address is no longer valid, or you can no longer access email sent to this address, eBay cannot automatically retrieve your User ID. Please contact us.

eBay does not allow a User ID to be associated with more than one eBay account. To obtain a new eBay account, you will need to register for a new User ID.

Note: If you have purchased an item as a guest you will not have an eBay User ID. To obtain a User ID, you’ll need to register on eBay.
