We’re committed to providing excellent customer support to our members. Our customer support representatives are trained in specific areas and receive ongoing education about our latest changes. Chat with us

To chat with us using Live Help, click the link at the top of our Home page or other selected pages. We’ll save records of all of our communications with you to prevent duplicate responses, and to keep track of your questions in case you need to refer to them later.

To email Customer Support, click the "Contact us" button located on the right side of any help page. You can also select “Contact Us” from the list in the “Help” link at the top of most pages. Depending on your question, it may take 24 to 72 hours to receive an email response.

Things to keep in mind

When contacting us, provide as many details as you can. Include dates, item number, user IDs, and any steps you took before asking your question.
If you have a question about a particular transaction, please contact your buyer or seller before you contact us.
